1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or undergarments for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@curryleafindiancuisine.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Pack the item securely and send it back to the return address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us safely.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
