Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility You can return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The product is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Underwear, swimwear, or hosiery.
- Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at service@mrbssubs.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization form.
- Send the items back to the designated return address.
4. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure they are received safely.
5. Refunds Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Depending on availability, we will send you the new item and issue a refund for the returned item, or we may process a store credit for the value of the returned item.
7. Store Credit If you prefer, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credits can be used for future purchases and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
8. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
